Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submissions are invited for Oral Proffered Papers and E-Posters in the field of Emergency Radiology, focusing on diagnostic imaging or therapeutic interventions.

Submission Guidelines:

Each submission must include a Title, Author List, Author Affiliations, and Abstract.

The Title should be in bold, sentence case, and free of abbreviations.

The Presenting Author must be identified separately.
-
The type of abstract (oral paper/ E-poster) must be identified.
-
The Abstracts should contain the following categories: Background and Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusion.

​The abstract must be submitted as a Word document, using 12-point Times New Roman or Arial, and double-spaced. This document should only contain the title and abstract details without author or institute identifiers for blinded review.

The abstract body (excluding the title) must not exceed 250 words.

Do not include references, acknowledgements, graphics, images, or tables in the abstract text.

Only the presenting author will receive the certificate.

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any abstract, and to assign a different presentation format if deemed appropriate.

Only original articles and case series will be considered for oral presentations.

Presentation Format & Benefits:

Oral Presentations: 10-minute slots (8 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for Q&A).

E-Posters: Limited to 15 PowerPoint slides.
-
Awards: The top three presentations in each type will receive award certificates.
